Jen has been an absolute god sent! I was loosing hope as a first time horse owner, I couldn't even mount my own horse! Frankly, I felt so down and really doubted if I am right for my horse. Thankfully Jen has helped both of us work through our insecurities and some bad habits my horse had from previous owners. I look forward to every session with Jen and after a couple of months I am happy to say I can mount my horse again and SOOOO much more! Having tried absolutely everything over the years to solve our loading issues I contacted Jen to see if she could help - and she could! What I always thought was just a loading issue turned out to be more of a travelling issue instead and Jen was able to unpick all the past bad experiences and associations and replace them with positive ones instead, working at the horses pace to build their confidence. I now have a horse who happily self loads and has been an absolute joy to take out, it’s also massively improved our relationship overall as we’ve developed a new level of trust. Jen is so knowledgeable about a huge range of subjects and really open minded plus she’s always been at the end of the phone whenever I needed any support or guidance. I’ll really miss our sessions and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her to anyone struggling with any kind of behavioural issues.

I have worked with Jen twice now with two different horses and both times she has been able to empower me to help my horses with the things that were bothering us (hacking alone and picking up feet) She is kind and caring, never making you feel stupid and has helped end with overall confidence levels.
